VRoid textures & assets
by purchasing any of my products, you agree to these terms & conditions.
ᚠ resale and redistribution of any of my textures or assets is prohibited. (e.g. reselling in commission work or completed models.) resale + redistribution is not allowed regardless of modification to textures or assets.ᚢ those who purchase may use textures and assets for any personal purpose, as well as commercial purposes that do not infringe these terms.ᚦ credit for textures is not required, unless being used for commercial purposes. this does not apply to streaming or vtuber content use, in which case it is not required but most appreciated. however, if part of your main design (outfit, hairstyle etc.), you must credit + link back to me.ᚨ do not claim any texture or asset as your own work.ᚱ do not use to advertise your own commission work.ᚷ do not share any files created by me with third parties unless otherwise discussed beforehand.ᚹ in case of use for VRchat avatar, the model must be kept private.ᚺ modification of any texture and asset is allowed, however all terms and conditions still apply.
YCH emotes
by commissioning me, you agree to these terms & conditions.
ᚠ resale or redistribution of emotes commissioned from me is not allowed, unless the buyer has paid a commercial use fee.ᚢ etsy YCH emote commissions allow for one free amendment. in case of any error of design on my part, this will also be corrected free of charge. further changes will not be made after this.ᚦ alterations to the YCH base will not be made. small edits may however be requested, but I do not have to oblige.ᚨ updates may be requested during the duration of the commission, including progress photo requests.ᚱ credit is required if asked about, and you may not claim my work as your own. do not use my work to advertise your own.ᚷ modification to my work is not allowed, aside from resizing.ᚹ you are not allowed to issue a chargeback of the commission. refunds will only be allowed up to the completion of the sketch phase, afterwards they will not be issued !ᚺ I am allowed to work on your commission publicly, and display the final product in my portfolio.
