by purchasing any of my products, you agree to these terms & conditions.
ᚠ resale and redistribution of any of my textures or assets is prohibited. (e.g. reselling in commission work or completed models.) resale + redistribution is not allowed regardless of modification to textures or assets.ᚢ those who purchase may use textures and assets for any personal purpose, as well as commercial purposes that do not infringe these terms.ᚦ credit for textures is not required, unless being used for commercial purposes. this does not apply to streaming or vtuber content use, in which case it is not required but most appreciated. however, if part of your main design (outfit, hairstyle etc.), you must credit + link back to me.ᚨ do not claim any texture or asset as your own work.ᚱ do not use to advertise your own commission work.ᚷ do not share any files created by me with third parties unless otherwise discussed beforehand.ᚹ in case of use for VRchat avatar, the model must be kept private.ᚺ modification of any texture and asset is allowed, however all terms and conditions still apply.

general
ᚠ reference sheet including front + back view is required, however exceptions can be made occasionally, (e.g. moodboard style references, lack of back view).ᚦ The commissioner must respect that my artistic style cannot be altered.ᚱ as the artist, I reserve the right to refuse any commission request that does not match my artstyle/vision. I may also refuse or cancel a commission due to inappropriate behavior, poor communication, emergencies, or breach of these Terms of Service.ᚷ I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.ᚹ clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this ToS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.
revisions & feedback
ᚠ I will send work in progress images at notable stages, including but not limited to concept, sketch, final renders.ᚢ These images will come in the form of .jpg or .png files as an attachment in the email or a DM.ᚦ Each time I send a WIP to a client, I ask the client to provide feedback to me for refinement and adjustment.ᚨ The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow.ᚱ I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no feedback was given to amend it.ᚷ I will only send guaranteed WIP images at sketch and final render stages, but you are free to request a WIP or check in on progress at any given time, however I am not required to oblige.ᚹ Any large changes to the character design will be subject to a fee, and the fee will depend on the nature of the change.ᚺ I will not be held responsible for any changes in ownership of the said character.ᚾ After the order is completed, minor changes such as color adjustments are allowed if the missing or inaccurate elements are my faults (e.g., I overlooked details provided in the order).ᛁ In the absence of feedback from the customer, any changes to the final piece will be subject to a fee.ᚨ [YCH only] large alterations to the YCH base will not be made. small edits may however be requested.
credit copyright & ownership
ᚠ as the artist, I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my work when posted on my websites and social media.ᚦ you may not upload or host my work in any gallery that is intended to display your own work only.ᚨ you may not claim my work as your own.ᚱ resale or redistribution of artwork commissioned from me is not allowed.ᚷ alteration or editing to my artwork is not allowed, aside from resizing, and resale/redistribution is prohibited regardless of unlawful modification.ᚺ you are responsible for protecting your ownership over rights to a character design.ᛁ I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.ᛃ I will however always respect and give proper credit to you and the artist for ownership of the character’s design.
commercial usage
ᚠ all artwork commissions are intended for personal use, and may not be used commercially, unless a commercial use fee has been paid - typically 2x of the original cost.ᚢ commercial rights means usage of artwork on streams or any monetized instances, or selling or reselling work to another party, as a part of any product, or on another platform.ᚦ usage of artwork for AI (artificial intelligence) tools; platforms or programs, ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited.
payment
ᚠ I will only accept payment in SEK or USD via Paypal. You are responsible for making currency conversions.ᚢ Payments via Paypal are sent via Invoice method only unless otherwise stated. I will cover the Paypal fees as it is expected from the Artist per PayPal ToS. What you see is what you will have to pay.ᚦ I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.ᚨ It is expected that you deposit 100% of the price upfront before I start. No exceptions unless otherwise discussed.ᚱ I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental transactions. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission AND have asked for payment.ᚷ if you happen to use a guardian PayPal account, please note that you hereby acknowledge that you have their permission to take part in this transaction.
paypal disclaimer
ᚠ please note that all of my commissions are considered “Digital Goods” and it is the Artwork’s "Intellectual Property" that is purchased by you, the Client.ᚢ Nothing is ever intended by either me or the Client, to be physically shipped to them.'refundsᚠ I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the model.ᚢ Once I begin working on the commission, there will be no refunds.ᚦ If I cancel a project, I will reimburse the lost fees and refund 100%.ᚨ in case of payment plan, if you fail to provide the rest of your due total, i will not deliver the product and you will not be reimbursed.
chargebacks
ᚠ you are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback under any circumstance.ᚢ if for any reason your PayPal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.ᚦ you are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission request.ᚨ purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in legal action.
workspeed & deadlines
ᚠ you reserve the right to set a deadline for your commission. This deadline must be disclosed prior to payment and a fee might apply.ᚢ I have the right to decline a project if there is too short of a time allowance. The time I reserve to work on your artwork depends highly on the design complexity.ᚦ if you did not alert me to a deadline, you must not send reminders, but may check in with me at any point to talk about the progress.ᚨ I will work on commissions randomly. This means I will work on the piece I'm the most inspired/ comfortable with at the moment.ᚱ no harassment over my work speed will be tolerated, regardless of the time that has passed.ᚷ you reserve the right to be notified of any delays.
final product
ᚠ you, the client, are responsible for saving any information, images + files, and other digital data I provide.ᚢ I will send you the files via Google Drive Link or as an E-mail attachment zip file.ᚦ any file you paid for will be available from me for a finite time only. I take measures to preserve most files for up to 3 months. however, I cannot guarantee against computer failure or accidental deletion or loss.
